Montana Luxury Group (“MLG,” “we,” “us”) is a Montana real estate brokerage located at 346 Central Avenue, Whitefish, Montana 59937. This policy describes what information this website collects and how we handle it. Questions are always welcome at kelly@mtluxurygroup.com or (406) 500-9401.

What we collect

When you submit an inquiry, join the waitlist, or ask us to check a property through this site, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, your message, and, if you give it, a property address. Like most websites, our hosting provider also records basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited in routine server logs.

How we use it

We use the information you send us to respond to your inquiry, provide real estate services you request, and share updates you have asked for — such as notice when our property search opens. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Your information is handled by the service providers that operate this site and our business systems — our website host (GoDaddy / WordPress), our email provider (Google Workspace), and the security services that protect this site (GoDaddy Website Security and login‑protection software, which process IP addresses to block attacks) — and otherwise only as required in the course of a real estate transaction you are part of, or by law. Links on this site to the City of Whitefish, local chambers of commerce, and other outside organizations take you to their websites, which have their own privacy practices.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, pixels, or outside font services — typefaces are served directly from our own website. Two exceptions, stated plainly: our hosting provider, GoDaddy, loads a page‑view measurement script on every page that reports aggregate traffic to GoDaddy; it is not an advertising tracker and we do not use it to identify you. And our Whitefish short‑term rental page embeds an interactive zoning map published by the City of Whitefish, which runs under the City’s and its map provider’s terms and may set its own cookies within the map frame. If any of this changes, this policy will be updated first.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry information as long as it is needed to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations as a licensed Montana brokerage. You may ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have submitted — email kelly@mtluxurygroup.com and we will respond promptly.

Fair housing

Montana Luxury Group supports the federal Fair Housing Act and the principles of Equal Housing Opportunity. We provide services without regard to race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, or national origin.

Children

This site is not directed to minors, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a minor has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

If our practices change — for example, when our MLS property search launches and we add listing data and saved searches — we will update this page and its effective date before the change takes effect.
